4.1 gk999 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account or any balances held therein to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 gk999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time. During such checks, the Account may be temporarily suspended from withdrawal activity until the review is completed. gk999 aims to complete standard reviews within 72 hours of initiating them.
4.3 Players are responsible for ensuring their Account details — including email address and registered payment method — remain current and accessible. gk999 uses the registered email for all account communications, including critical security and financial notifications.
4.4 gk999 will retain Account records for a minimum of five years following Account closure, in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations under international gaming license standards.
5.1 Currency. All deposits at gk999 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gk999 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits made through supported payment methods.

5.4 Funding Source. You confirm that all funds deposited at gk999 are from legitimate sources and belong to you. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be subject to reversal and investigation.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Where this is not possible, gk999 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
6.5 Right to Request Documentation. gk999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including source of funds declarations — prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by gk999 are subject to individual promotion terms and the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and an individual promotion's terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All gk999 bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30×) of the bonus amount or the bonus-plus-deposit amount — must be met through qualifying real-money play before any funds derived from the bonus become withdrawable. 7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated free spins at gk999 carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
7.4 Maximum Bet During Wagering. While a bonus balance remains active, the maximum single bet permitted per game round is Rs 500 (or equivalent in another stake unit). Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at gk999's sole discretion.
7.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by a bonus is 10× the bonus value, subject to any higher cap stated in the individual promotion terms.
7.6 Anti-Abuse. gk999 reserves the right to void bonus awards and related winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated wagering with other players to artificially clear wagering requirements.
8.1 All casino games on the gk999 Platform are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random, and no strategy, system, or external tool can predict or influence them. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run return percentages and are not guarantees of individual session returns.
8.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting at gk999 is subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section. 13.1 The gk999 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While gk999 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, gk999 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

14.1 gk999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal or regulatory obligations, or commercial decision.
14.2 Where an Account is closed by gk999 for breach of these Terms — including confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct — all balances including real money deposits may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach (such as commercial or regulatory reasons), gk999 will return the Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method.
14.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting gk999 support. Prior to Account closure, any pending wagering requirement on an active bonus must be cleared or the bonus forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method following completed KYC, subject to these Terms.
15.1 gk999 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.
